The Aster Rotameter – 10000–50000 LPH – 80 NB – PP Flanged is the highest-capacity model in Aster’s polypropylene flanged series, built to handle ultra-high flow rates with reliability and precision. Designed for critical flow monitoring in large industrial and municipal water networks, this model supports up to 50000 LPH with stable float movement and excellent visibility.

Featuring a transparent polycarbonate flow tube, corrosion-resistant SS316 float, and heavy-duty 80 NB polypropylene flanged ends, this rotameter ensures accurate readings and easy installation on large-diameter pipelines. It is factory-calibrated for water (SG = 1) and supports vertical online mounting with bottom inlet and top outlet.

The F50000 O is ideal for high-discharge points such as STP/ETP final outlets, RO/UF output flows, and high-capacity water transfer lines in utility and infrastructure projects.

  • Exceptional capacity up to 50000 LPH
  • Engineered for high-throughput, continuous-duty installations
  • Robust design ensures long-term service without recalibration

  • Q1: What are the primary use cases for this model?
A: It is ideal for large-capacity RO plants, final treated water discharge from STPs/ETPs, and tertiary water reuse systems.
  • Q2: Can I use this rotameter for seawater?
A: Yes, as long as the seawater is clean and chemically compatible with polycarbonate and polypropylene.
  • Q3: Does the large float size affect accuracy?
A: No, the float is optimized for smooth travel and accurate readings even at maximum rated flow.
  • Q4: How should it be installed?
A: Always mount vertically with a bottom inlet and top outlet. Use proper flange gaskets and bolts for leak-free operation.
  • Individually packed in reinforced corrugated boxes with internal foam protection
  • Clearly labeled with flow range, model, and connection size
  • Optional test certificate available on request
