The Aster Rotameter – 20–200 LPH – 15 NB – Panel Mounted is a compact, low-range flow indicator suitable for precise measurement of treated water, chemical dosing, and RO reject lines. Its clear scale and responsive SS316 float allow accurate readings even in low-pressure systems, while the durable body construction ensures consistent performance.

Manufactured with a high-clarity polycarbonate tube, rust-resistant SS316 float, and robust ABS plastic threaded ends, this model is designed to be panel-mounted with a cutout of 2 holes of 24 mm diameter spaced 154 mm apart. With a flow range of 20 to 200 LPH and least count of 10 LPH, the F200E is best suited for compact panel integrations, dosing units, and process skids.

If your application needs affordable yet highly reliable flow visibility in a tight layout, the Aster F200E is your go-to solution.

  • Accurate measurement from 20 to 200 LPH
  • Ideal for RO reject, dosing systems, and pilot plants
  • Compact form, rugged build, and easy mounting

  • Q1: Where can this model be used?
A: It’s commonly used in RO reject lines, chemical dosing panels, small WTP systems, and pilot plants where mid-low flow accuracy is critical.
  • Q2: Is this rotameter suitable for online mounting?
A: This model is optimized for panel mounting. For online installations, Aster offers compatible models with appropriate mounting adaptors.
  • Q3: Does it work with fluids other than water?
A: Yes, if the specific gravity is close to 1. For different fluids, recalibration or SG correction may be required.
  • Q4: Is recalibration required over time?
A: No recalibration is needed under normal usage unless exposed to fluids with different densities or extreme fouling.
  • Individually boxed with internal foam lining to prevent damage during transit.
  • Model and flow range clearly labeled for identification.
