The Aster Rotameter – 3000–12000 LPH – 40 NB – Online Mounted is a high-flow, industrial-grade flowmeter designed for accurate measurement of large water volumes in commercial and municipal water systems. With a working range of 3000 to 12000 LPH, it is ideal for critical processes requiring visibility and control of substantial flow volumes, such as filtration plant discharge lines, cooling systems, and recirculation loops.

This model features a strong polycarbonate body with excellent transparency, a precision SS316 float, and robust ABS male-threaded ends sized for 40 NB BSP pipelines. The unit is vertically mounted with bottom-to-top flow and includes a tamper-proof scale calibrated in LPH for easy and accurate visual monitoring.

    • Flush periodically with clean water to prevent clogging. If float motion is obstructed, remove and gently rinse the inside of the flow tube. Avoid sharp tools and solvents that could scratch or damage the scale and body.
