The Aster Rotameter – 2000–20000 LPH – 50 NB – Online Mounted is a heavy-duty, high-capacity flow meter designed to monitor and control water flows in large-scale industrial, utility, and infrastructure applications. With a measurement range of 2000 to 20000 LPH and a robust build, it’s ideal for cooling towers, effluent discharge lines, and large filtration and RO system outlets.

This model features a large polycarbonate body with exceptional visibility, a corrosion-resistant SS316 float, and rugged ABS 50 NB female-threaded end connectors. Designed for online vertical mounting with bottom inlet and top outlet configuration, this rotameter ensures precise flow measurement and smooth float movement. The unit is calibrated for water (SG = 1) and features a tamper-proof scale sticker for long-term reliability and calibration protection.

Built to handle tough industrial conditions, the F20000 model offers a dependable and long-lasting solution for high-flow water monitoring.

  • Measures flow up to 20000 LPH with a least count of 2000 LPH
  • Durable design with 50 NB female-threaded connections
  • Extra-large chamber and float for clear, stable readings

  • Q1: What makes this model suitable for large RO plants?
A: Its 20000 LPH upper limit, wide body, and female 50 NB connections make it ideal for large output pipelines and high-throughput systems.
  • Q2: Can this be mounted in a horizontal line?
A: No. Rotameters must be mounted vertically with bottom inlet and top outlet for accurate readings.
  • Q3: Is the scale waterproof and durable?
A: Yes. It features a tamper-proof, sealed sticker designed to resist fading, peeling, and moisture damage.
  • Q4: Can it handle reclaimed water or treated effluent?
A: Yes, provided the water is filtered and not corrosive to SS316 or polycarbonate.
  • Packed individually with foam inserts and protective carton box.
  • Each unit labeled with model, flow range, and end connection.
  • Ready to dispatch within 1–2 working days of order.

  • Install only in vertical orientation with bottom-to-top flow direction.
  • Ensure system is flushed before installation to avoid float blockage.
  • Do not expose to fluids above 60°C or pressures over 5 kg/cm².

Periodically inspect the float and flow tube for clarity and debris. If scale or deposits are observed, remove and clean with mild detergent and soft water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives that may damage the scale or polycarbonate body.

  • Large-scale RO and UF plant output monitoring
  • Cooling tower return and blowdown line monitoring
  • Industrial wastewater and treated effluent discharge
  • Municipal and utility water supply control
