The Aster Rotameter – 3000–30000 LPH – TC Mounted is an ultra-high-capacity flowmeter designed for continuous monitoring in large-scale water treatment, utility supply, and industrial process systems. With a massive flow range of 3000 to 30000 LPH, it is ideal for STP/ETP outflow, RO plants, cooling tower water lines, and bulk transfer pipelines requiring hygienic and reliable instrumentation.

Constructed entirely from SS316 stainless steel—including the body, float, and Tri-Clamp ends—this model is corrosion-resistant, sanitary, and built to last. It features a heavy-duty 78 mm Tri-Clamp connection for secure mounting in high-volume pipelines and is calibrated for water (SG = 1). Designed for vertical mounting with bottom inlet and top outlet, the F30000 O supports high-throughput applications with minimal maintenance.

If your application demands accuracy, strength, and a sanitary finish for large-scale flow systems, the Aster F30000 O is the ideal solution.

  • Extremely wide flow capacity: 3000 to 30000 LPH
  • SS316 build for hygiene, corrosion resistance, and strength
  • Robust 78 mm Tri-Clamp ends for secure installation in large pipelines

  • Export-grade wooden crate packaging available for bulk orders.
  • Documentation and calibration certificates included upon request.
  • Q1: Is this suitable for continuous plant operation?
A: Yes, it’s engineered for 24/7 heavy-duty performance with minimal wear and excellent reliability.
  • Q2: Can this model be used in treated effluent or chemically dosed lines?
A: Yes, the SS316 body offers excellent resistance to treated water and mild chemicals, making it ideal for ETP/RO usage.
  • Q3: Does it require any special maintenance?
A: No, periodic flushing and inspection are sufficient. The Tri-Clamp design allows easy removal for cleaning or inspection.
  • Q4: Can this be installed in horizontal lines?
A: No, rotameters must always be installed vertically with bottom-to-top flow direction for accurate reading.
  • Packed in reinforced foam-lined cartons with protective casing.
  • Clearly labeled with model, flow range, and connection dimensions.
  • Ships within 2 working days of order confirmation.
  • Export-grade wooden crate packaging available for bulk orders.
  • Documentation and calibration certificates included upon request.
  • Install vertically with flow from bottom to top.
  • Use properly sized gasket and clamp set for 78 mm Tri-Clamp ends.
  • Do not exceed operating pressure or temperature limits.

For long-term accuracy, clean the internals periodically with water or compatible descaling solution. Avoid using abrasive materials that may damage the SS316 surface or engraved scale. Check gasket condition regularly in high-use environments.
