The Aster Rotameter – 3000–12000 LPH – TC Mounted is a high-capacity, sanitary-grade stainless steel flowmeter designed for precise monitoring of large water and chemical flow lines. With a wide operational range of 3000 to 12000 LPH, this model is well-suited for industrial RO systems, ETP and STP output pipelines, clean water loops, and high-volume food or beverage processing operations.

Engineered entirely from SS316 stainless steel—including the body, float, and Tri-Clamp ends—this rotameter ensures superior corrosion resistance, hygienic handling, and long service life. It features 1.5" Tri-Clamp (50.5 mm OD) fittings for easy maintenance and quick-change installation. Designed for vertical inline mounting (bottom to top), the unit is factory-calibrated for water (SG = 1) and supports continuous-duty applications in clean or moderately aggressive environments.

The Aster F12000 O combines durability and precision in one robust, easy-to-maintain instrument for large flow systems.

  • Flow range from 3000 to 12000 LPH
  • Built from SS316 for full corrosion protection and hygiene compliance
  • Quick-fit Tri-Clamp design for tool-free servicing
