The Aster Rotameter – 500–5000 LPH – TC Mounted is a high-throughput stainless steel flowmeter tailored for mid-to-high volume process systems. With a measurement range of 500 to 5000 LPH, this model is ideal for water distribution pipelines, CIP systems, beverage plants, ETP discharge lines, and chemical dosing systems that demand precision, hygiene, and durability.

Manufactured entirely from SS316—including the body, float, and Tri-Clamp ends—this rotameter offers excellent corrosion resistance, smooth internal flow surfaces, and long-lasting performance in clean or aggressive environments. It features standard 1.5" Tri-Clamp (50.5 mm OD) connections and is designed for vertical mounting with a bottom inlet and top outlet. The unit is factory-calibrated for water (SG = 1) and ready for plug-and-play installation.

The F5000 O is a reliable choice for operations that demand consistency, compliance, and quick serviceability in high-flow systems.

  • Flow range: 500–5000 LPH
  • Heavy-duty, all-SS316 construction for industrial and hygienic applications
  • Tri-Clamp mounting for easy removal and inline servicing
